Have you ever fallen utterly and deliriously in love
with a wild place or another living being?
Have you been passionately allured by landscapes and seascapes, trees and forests, deserts and rivers? Have you been seduced by poetry, art and music, delectable food and the fragrance of spring blossoms? Do you long to experience more fully your innate capacity for sensual, emotional and intimate relationship with this wildly beautiful, enchanted and delicious earth?
Join me for this daylong immersion in the fertile terrain of wild nature and soulful community, as we cultivate radical aliveness and embodied, sensuous communion with the world.
Beyond the merely sexual/erotic, Eros is the life force that allures, that draws one thing toward another, the way gravity “takes hold of even the smallest thing and pulls it toward the heart of the world.” It is the energy of Eros that evokes in us a passionate curiosity, a wonderment that impels us to explore relationship and communion.
As Mary Oliver reminds us, “You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves.” Simple instructions, but not easy to accomplish in the midst of our hyperbusy modern lives.
Radical intimacy with the living earth. This will be the focus of our inquiry as we gather in the fullness of Spring at a cozy sanctuary at the edge of wilderness in the foothills near Boulder. Our day will include solo wanders on the land, in direct contact and communion with the wild beings and forces of nature.

About Front Range Soulcrafters:
Do you find yourself on a journey of soul discovery, longing for guidance and the support of community? Are you seeking deeper connection with the mysteries of nature while exploring the depths of your own being? Are you longing for a greater sense of wholeness and meaning, on a quest to find and embrace your sacred calling in life?
Front Range Soulcrafters is a new and open group that offers support for discovering and embodying your sacred calling while cultivating soulful relationship to all life. We do that through sustained exploration of your unique relationship with the mysteries of nature and soul.
Meeting roughly once a month near Boulder, Colorado, Front Range Soulcrafters offers a rare opportunity to gather with a small group of courageous wanderers while immersing in the fertile, entangled terrain of wild nature and soul. Each gathering is focused around a particular theme, practice, or dimension of nature-based soul work — and is responsive to the present needs and energy of the group.
In addition to intentional solo wanders in wild nature, we explore and deepen our relationship with soul and the more-than-human community through a variety of practices including council and inquiry, self-designed ceremony, rhythm, dance and other movement/embodiment practices, dreamwork, deep imagery, journaling, and expressive arts. Front Range Soulcrafters is open to anyone on a journey of soul discovery with a sincere longing to deepen their inquiry into the mysteries of nature and soul.
