in the Natural World
An 8-week group experience — Fall, 2022
To belong — to know and feel that we utterly belong in the world — requires cultivating a deeper sense of connection and belonging in three domains: in ourselves, with each other, and to the natural world.
Join co-guides Lauren Golten and Jody Gold for this 8-week exploration, weaving depth, presence, courage, love and skill in all three of these realms.
In this group, you’ll learn simple but profound practices that weave interconnection, resilience, curiosity and care with other people. And you’ll cultivate a deeper connection with wild nature in the process.
During our time together, we will:
- co-create a group where each of you can show up in your whole unique brilliance
- learn to cultivate groups marked by belonging, care, and curiosity — both here and in other parts of your life
- wander in solitude, deepening into connection and conversation with the natural world
- grow comfortable with feedback that makes you, your relationships, and the group stronger and more resilient
- learn to welcome seen and unseen diversity — not as the seeds of division, but as the roots of creative aliveness
- develop the capacity to track patterns and intervene on behalf of a group’s health and wholeness

Lauren Golten is a nature-based psychotherapist and facilitator of the Wild Mind work of the Animas Valley Institute. Jody Gold is an organizational consultant, leadership coach & teacher. Both have been senior trainers and facilitators with the Matrix Leadership Institute.

- WHEN: 8 Monday afternoons, 1:00-5:00 pm
- DATES: September 12 – November 7 (skipping Oct. 24)
Specific dates: September 12, 19 & 26; October 3, 10, 17 & 31; November 7
- WHERE: Tinaja Ridge, wild and magical land near Lyons, Colorado
- COST: $895
